PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT
(3) Three-Year Limited Warranty - Milescraft will at its option, repair, or replace without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. The warranty pertains to items used as directed and within the limitations listed by the manufacturer (if any) on packaging, instructions, or other referenced material such as the company's website. The warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear, accidental damage, or failures due to abuse and/or misuse. The warranty does not apply to damage caused where alterations or repairs have been made or attempted. The warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces. This warranty applies to the original owner, who purchases for use and not for resale.
Other Product limitations:
Some products may be excluded from this warranty or may be warranted, in the same manner, for different durations. Examples of these products are:
(2) Two-Year Limited Warranty - Drilling/Driving Attachments - Right Angle Attachments - Multi-Angle Attachments
(90) Ninety-Day Limited Warranty - Router Bits - Drill Bits - Driving Bits - Other "replenishable or disposable" accessories, as determined by the manufacturer.
