Forecast sales and set personal performance goals
Develop a strong command of the company’s products, industry trends, and competition
Establish and execute short- and long-term organic growth strategies that detail specific markets, targets, and tactics to increase profitable sales and market share in North America
Frequent travel (once deemed safe) throughout the US and Canada is required
