I need a replacement part for my Milescraft product. Who do I contact?

You can view specific replacement parts on each item’s page underneath the add to cart button. There is also a replacement part category in the products page menu.

How can I get a parts list or service manual?

Manuals can be found on their specific product pages. If one is missing, feel free to email us at info@milescraft.com

How do I unsubscribe from Milescraft emails?

To unsubscribe from MILESCRAFT emails, please click the “Email Preferences” link at the bottom of your MILESCRAFT email communication.

When does Milescraft introduce new models?

We do not have a specific release window for new products. They are introduced as they become finished and available.

I’m from Canada. Does your Dealer locator work outside the United States?

Yes, our locator does display our Canadian vendors. 

How do I get access the Dealer Portal

If you have not correctly been provided with a login, please contact info@milescraft.com with the proper information.
