Milescraft Inc. processes orders within two business days of receipt. Your order will be shipped once it has been processed. If you have questions about your order, please use the order status form.
Credit Cards / Payment Methods
Milescraft Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You will be required to provide your name, billing and shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, and the CVV number on the back of your card. For Amex holders, the CVV number appears on the front of the card.

P.O. Box Addresses
Milescraft Inc. can ship to Post Office Boxes, please select United States Postal Service as your shipping method for such deliveries.
*FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
International Shipping – Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Milescraft Inc. has no control over these charges, nor can Milescraft predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary between countries; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Milescraft promises to find solutions to any damage that arises during shipping, including part replacement of damaged items. Milescraft will request an image of the damaged package so that the claim can be finalized.
If an item is missing from the order you receive, please call Milescraft Customer Service at 224-227-6930 (Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. CST) within 14 days to inform us of the missing item(s). If you have purchased your product from an unauthorized seller, such as eBay, Milescraft is not obligated to replace missing items.
